Circle Cloche (tweed with black disks, goose boots)

The base I created from a tweed of a 6 mm braid, edging it in a Swiss Raffia.  Then made many various circles from that same raffia, creating a dramatic accent.   This one has goose biots added.   Foam in it can make it an ML, and I send a piece of the foam with every order.
